Notice must include
Your signature; identification of the work; the infringing material and its URL (or Discord server/message link); your contact details; a good-faith statement that use is not authorized; a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.
Counter-notice
Signature; identification of removed material and prior location; statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief of mistake; consent to federal court jurisdiction; contact details. We may restore in 10–14 business days unless suit is filed.
Repeat infringers
Accounts or servers with repeated valid notices will be terminated.
Other abuse
Phishing, malware, CSAM, harassment: [email protected]. CSAM is reported to NCMEC.
